By signing below, I authorize HitBox LLC and Lighthouse Baptist Church to use any pictures or videos taken of me for promotional materials, including but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits, and digital communications.

This authorization includes the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and use the media in any language, media, format, and market without payment or any other consideration.

This authorization will remain in effect indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing.

I understand that these materials will become the property of HitBox LLC and Lighthouse Baptist Church and will not be returned. Furthermore, I release them from any liability or legal action that may arise from the use of these materials.

I confirm that I am 18 years or older and competent to sign this contract. I have read and fully understand the content, meaning, and impact of this release.
