Whereas, I, the undersigned, hereby exonerate HitBox LLC and all parties involved in the teaching and location of classes from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of personal injury, emotional or bodily harm that may be sustained or suffered by me during, arising from, or as a result of any activity associated with this course.

In addition, I hereby relinquish any claims of liability for lost, misplaced, or stolen property or valuables.

I confirm that I do not have any physical condition or disability that would preclude me from participating in this program and affirm that I have complete and full medical insurance coverage.

I understand and acknowledge that this class will involve strenuous physical activity and physical contact and may be hazardous, potentially resulting in personal injury. By signing this legal release, I fully acknowledge that my participation in this course may subject me to personal injury and bodily harm.
