We have a NO questions asked Cancellation Policy.  If you need to cancel your service you should do so by the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is January 15th - February 15th. You need to cancel your ongoing services by February 14th.
Due to the nature of our products and services, there is NO REFUND for products used or services rendered.  If, however you feel the need to cancel your service we have a NO questions asked Cancellation Policy.  If you need to cancel your service you should do so by the end of your current billing cycle.
